Kae. [first appearance, panel 1]

Zed. [first appearance, panel 3] Kae’s better half. Well, sometimes her worse half.  Mostly her other half. It’s hard to define, exactly, you know? But she loves him wholly regardless of whichever half he happens to be at any given moment.

Science. [first appearance, panel 4] Kae and Zed’s Pembroke Welsh Corgi. They named her Science because she’s kind of a genius and kind of a crackpot.

Landon. [first appearance, panel 1] Kae’s friend from college.

Kaci. [first appearance, panel 1] Kae’s bestie.  They used to decry terms like “bestie” until their friendship reached the 10 year mark, at which point they figured they’re perma-friends.

Beaumont. [not yet appeared] Everybody’s favorite Canadian import/Kaci’s husband.

Annie. [not yet appeared] Kae’s younger sister.
