Don’t Want To Share

Speaking of “toys,” the San Diego Ball Joint Doll Convention is happening November 3rd.  I went last year and had a pretty good time.  This year, I reserved a dealer table thinking it would be a neat opportunity to get rid of the absurd amount of jewelry findings I’ve amassed over the past decade.  Of course, that means actually having to put together doll jewelry.

On top of that, the classes I teach are starting up next week, so I’ll be a little more pressed for time, so I’m switching the update schedule to Wednesdays only… not that it matters particularly to anyone but myself, at the moment.

Happy Saturday!

So disappointed to know that Comic Press does not work on both the iPad and my android phone.  If only it did, this strip would have been uploaded sooner.  Alas, we were already well on our way to visit the real life Kaci, Rachel, Jack, and baby (among the rest of our D&D party).

Unrelated… I had a sudden influx of weird spam. The funny thing was, all of them were links to “faceless” Facebook pages, with legit-looking e-mail addresses.  No performance-enhancing meds, no on-line casinos.   Anyway, I implemented this math captcha thing.  We’ll see how well it works.

In other news, Science remains fearful of the vacuum cleaner.

Perhaps I should change the third panel to “Arr” in honor of Talk Like A Pirate Day.

Besides Talk Like A Pirate Day, it also happens to be my buddy Bob’s birthay! I met Bob some six years ago, when he came to “visit” my friend Katie.  I put that in quotation marks because instead of going home at the end of it, he wound up marrying her. 😉  He’s entertaining company, a fine cook, an excellent DM, a kickass Street Fighter, and an all around awesome guy.  So, Bob, hope your birthday’s  ace, great, terrific, tremendous, fantastic, fabulous, splendiferous, fab, top-notch, dandy, divine, blue-ribbon, blue-chip, bang-up, skookum, class, awesome, magic, wicked, mean, cool, out of this world, hunky-dory, A-OK, brilliant, killer!
